WebAug 13, 2015 · Hi all, great forum! I'm having problems troubleshooting my 1961 Farmall 460 that suddenly started running rough while I was plowing. Sounds like it’s missing, both at idle and under load. There’s also a bit of black sooty smoke coming from the exhaust. I started first with a thorough carb cleaning and rebuild; that didn’t help.
