Since then Windows 11 came out and now I'm wondering if there is any option to do so. Thanks in advance. This thread is locked. WebThis works well except that when highlighting a portion of text in the document and I wish to stop (pause) the Text to Speech it only starts at the beginning of the highlighted text and not restarting from the point of being paused. If I use the start/stop keyboard shortcut in Text to Speech system preferences the situation is worse.
